Blue Sky eLearn, a San Diego–based eLearning and virtual events company, agreed to a recapitalization with McCarthy Capital to accelerate growth and invest in its Path LMS and Path eClinical platforms. The transaction pairs Blue Sky’s management team with McCarthy Capital’s lower middle-market private equity resources to expand capabilities for professional associations and life-science customers.
