McGrath RentCorp (Nasdaq: MGRC) acquired the assets of Dixie Temporary Storage, a regional provider of portable storage solutions in South Carolina, adding ~800 assets and a new branch to its portable storage operations. The transaction was financed with borrowings from McGrath’s revolving credit facility and is intended to expand McGrath’s regional presence in the South Carolina market.
