McKim & Creed Acquires Signature Automation, LLC

McKim & Creed, an employee-owned engineering, planning, and geospatial services firm, has acquired Texas-based engineering consulting firm Signature Automation, LLC to expand its electrical and instrumentation capabilities and strengthen its presence in Texas. The deal brings Signature Automation's SCADA, instrumentation, controls, and IT infrastructure expertise into McKim & Creed's broader water and wastewater and electrical services offering.
