MDA Space Acquires SatixFy Communications in $193 Million All-Cash Deal

MDA Space has entered into a definitive all-cash agreement to acquire SatixFy Communications, acquiring all outstanding ordinary shares for $2.10 per share, valuing SatixFy at approximately $193 million. The deal is expected to close in Q3 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions, and will also include retirement of SatixFy’s ~$76 million debt upon closing. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved the merger, and an amended agreement later increased the consideration to $3.00 per share.
