Medical Technology Associates Acquires Major Medical Hospital Services

Medical Technology Associates, LLC (MTA) has acquired Major Medical Hospital Services, Inc., a West Berlin, New Jersey–based provider of medical gas services, equipment distribution, and compliance testing. The acquisition expands MTA’s service and equipment footprint into Northeastern U.S. markets and brings Major Medical’s management and employees into MTA while maintaining current operations.
