MediSolution Acquires Quebec-based Intégration Santé

MediSolution, a wholly-owned subsidiary of N. Harris Computer Corporation (part of Constellation Software Inc.), has acquired Quebec-based Intégration Santé (9211-7027 Québec Inc.). The acquisition adds Intégration Santé's healthcare interoperability, systems-integration and interface capabilities to MediSolution's healthcare software suite and strengthens MediSolution's presence in the Quebec market.
