Medius Acquires Wax Digital

Medius AB, a Marlin Equity Partners-backed accounts-payable automation provider, has acquired Wax Digital, a UK-based provider of cloud sourcing and procurement software. The deal merges Wax's source-to-pay capabilities into Medius' product suite to create an integrated source-to-pay offering and expand Medius' footprint in Europe.
