Meridian Adhesives Group acquired GENTEC and FT Polymer, two European-based adhesive suppliers that serve electronics, medical, aerospace and automotive end markets. The two businesses will join Meridian’s Electronics Division and work with Epoxy Technology Europe to expand Meridian’s European footprint and product/distribution capabilities.
