Michelin Acquires Masternaut

Michelin has agreed to acquire Masternaut, a leading European fleet telematics provider, to strengthen its Services & Solutions offering and accelerate product development in connected-vehicle technologies. Masternaut will operate as a fully owned subsidiary and continue under its own brand while Michelin supports its expansion across Europe.
