The Middleby Corporation completed its previously announced acquisitions of Masterbuilt Holdings LLC—operating the Kamado Joe and Masterbuilt outdoor residential cooking brands—and Char-Griller. Middleby funded the Masterbuilt deal with cash and debt under its senior credit facility and said the additions expand Middleby Residential to more than $1 billion in revenues.
