Centre Lane Affiliate Acquires Instant Brands' Appliances Division

The transaction, financed by MidCap Financial and advised by Jones Day, provides a recapitalization for the division and positions Instant Brands Appliances (headquartered in Downers Grove, Illinois) for product and growth initiatives under Centre Lane ownership.
