MiddleGround Capital, an operationally-focused private equity firm, has acquired PVI Holdings, a market-leading flow control distributor that includes Setpoint Integrated Solutions, W&O Supply and A-T Controls. MiddleGround said it will partner with PVI management to invest in organic and inorganic growth, operational improvements and to build a flow-control distribution platform serving marine, chemical and downstream energy end markets.

Ntiva Acquires Middleground Technologies

MiddleGround Capital Acquires Majority Stake in Helix (Integral Powertrain Ltd.)

(trading as Helix), a Milton Keynes–based designer and manufacturer of high-performance electric motors, inverters, and integrated drive units. The founding shareholders remain minority owners and MiddleGround plans to scale production, expand Helix's commercial footprint (particularly into the United States), and invest in new product development and manufacturing capacity.

MiddleGround Capital, an operationally focused private equity firm, has completed the acquisition of IT8, a Valencia, Spain–headquartered engineering services company specializing in mechanical, electrical, PLC/robot programming, and installation services for line automation and BIW welding lines. MiddleGround plans to leverage IT8's technical capabilities to expand service offerings beyond automotive into intra-logistics, commercial vehicles and aerospace, and to support demand from electrification and other mobility trends.

Innova Capital Acquires Minority Stake in CloudFerro

Eurowag Acquires Inelo Group from Innova Capital

Eurowag has agreed to acquire a 100% stake in Poland-based Inelo Group from Innova Capital for more than EUR 300 million. The acquisition adds Inelo’s telematics devices (≈87,000 connected trucks) and driver time management software to Eurowag’s pan‑European payments and mobility platform, expanding its product capabilities and geographic footprint across the commercial road transportation market in CEE and other European markets.
