Mill Point Capital Partners With E&M Logistics

E&M Logistics, a direct store delivery (DSD) distributor of ice cream, frozen and fresh foods, and beverages, announced it has partnered with Mill Point Capital. The middle-market private equity firm will take ownership as Jim Schubauer joins as Executive Chairman and CEO upon transaction closing, supporting growth initiatives alongside founder Martin Kelly.
