MIRATECH Acquires Advanced Catalyst Systems (ACS)

MIRATECH, a Tulsa-based provider of emissions and acoustic control solutions, has acquired Advanced Catalyst Systems (ACS), a Maryville, Tennessee manufacturer of catalyst technologies and emission control systems. The acquisition expands MIRATECH’s U.S. catalyst manufacturing capacity, strengthens its East Tennessee footprint, and brings ACS' proprietary coating and substrate capabilities into MIRATECH’s platform to accelerate R&D and support growing emissions-compliance demand.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. Acquires Cormetech, Inc.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. (IEC), a special-purpose investment company founded by John Moore and Edoardo Bugnone, has completed a transaction to acquire Cormetech, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. IEC said the investment will provide growth capital and long-term ownership stability to support Cormetech's global expansion and development of new technologies, including work in carbon capture and water treatment.

MIRATECH Acquires Powertherm Maxim

The deal expands MIRATECH's manufacturing capacity (adding a 100,000 sq. ft. Houston fabrication shop), broadens its product portfolio and customer reach across power generation, energy infrastructure, marine and industrial markets.

ECI Software Solutions Acquires ES Tech Group

Electrical Components International Acquires Britech, Inc.

Electrical Components International (ECI), a Cerberus-backed global supplier of electrical distribution systems and assemblies, has acquired Britech, Inc., a specialty manufacturer of wire harnesses, cable assemblies and control panels based in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The acquisition expands ECI's capabilities and presence in the high-growth global semiconductor market and will keep Britech operating under its current management at its 50,000 sq. ft. Allentown facility.

TPG Rise Climate Acquires MIRATECH

TPG Rise Climate, the climate investing strategy of TPG, has acquired MIRATECH Corp., a North American market leader in aftermarket emissions and noise reduction technology for stationary industrial engines. The seller was BP Energy Partners (portfolio company of BP Natural Gas Opportunity Partners II); TPG plans to leverage MIRATECH's engineering and manufacturing capabilities to expand products, end markets (including data center backup power), and geographic reach to support decarbonization efforts.
