Miss Group has acquired Spanish web hosting specialist Sered to expand its footprint in Spain and grow its Spanish portfolio alongside ProfesionalHosting and ADW. Sered, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Ourense, serves over 25,000 customers with c. €2.5m FY22 billings and a team of 25; the deal is an add-on to Miss Group (PE-backed by Perwyn) to drive geographic expansion and scale billings in Spain.

Perwyn-backed Miss Group Acquires Web4U

Perwyn-backed Miss Group Acquires Swedish Hosting Company CloudNet

The deal is an add-on to Miss Group's platform, expanding its Nordic footprint and Linux-managed hosting capabilities while integrating CloudNet's customers and expertise into Miss Group's international hosting network.

Miss Group Acquires Hoststar

Webland, founded in 1998 and headquartered in Münchenstein, Switzerland, generates around €4 million in annual turnover and manages approximately 75,000 domains; the deal strengthens Miss Group's presence in the Swiss and wider DACH hosting market.

Perwyn Acquires Majority Stake in Miss Group
