Mobeus Backs MBO of GW Global Insights

Mobeus has backed a management buyout (MBO) of GW Global Insights (GWGI), the operator of the gasworld and H2 View brands that provide news, data, events and business intelligence to the industrial gases and hydrogen markets. Mobeus will support GWGI's expansion of business intelligence products, digital content, marketing services and its events portfolio; Richard Babington joined GWGI's board as part of the transaction.
