Mobile Communications America, Inc. (MCA) has acquired LightSpeed Technologies, Inc., a Wall Township, New Jersey-based provider of broadband fixed networks, IP/MPLS routing and optical network systems. The deal (advised by Generational Capital Markets to LightSpeed) expands MCA’s data capabilities and strengthens its Northeast U.S. footprint.
