Modern Wealth Management has acquired Indianapolis-based Martin James Investment & Tax Management, integrating the tax, accounting and wealth management firm into its national RIA platform. The deal brings roughly 10 employees and about 400 client relationships to Modern Wealth and adds dedicated tax planning and compliance capabilities to the buyer's service offering.
