The acquisition was subsequently completed, with AirBorn’s CEO Michael Cole leading a new Molex Aerospace and Defense division.

Molex to Acquire Vectura Group From Philip Morris International (PMI)

Vectura Group Ltd., a subsidiary of Philip Morris International (PMI) and part of Vectura Fertin Pharma, has signed an agreement to be sold to Molex Asia Holdings Ltd. The deal includes upfront cash consideration of GBP 150 million (subject to customary adjustments) plus potential deferred payments of up to GBP 148 million, with closing subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.

Arcline Acquires Custom Interconnects and Forms Qnnect

Summit Interconnect Acquires Royal Circuit Solutions and Advanced Assembly

Summit Interconnect has acquired Royal Circuit Solutions (headquartered in Hollister, California) and affiliate Advanced Assembly (Aurora, Colorado), expanding Summit's footprint to eight manufacturing facilities across North America. The deal broadens Summit's PCB product offering into rigid, flex, rigid/flex and ATE PCBs and adds quick-turn prototype SMT assembly and strengthened engineering/CAM/DFM capabilities.

Trexon Acquires Intelliconnect

The deal adds Intelliconnect's design-led RF and cryogenic-capable product lines to Trexon's engineered products portfolio to expand capabilities across aerospace, defense, medical and high-reliability industrial end markets.

NAI Group Acquires KSM Electronics

NAI Group, a Troy, Michigan-based interconnect solutions manufacturer backed by Pritzker Private Capital, has acquired KSM Electronics, a Fort Lauderdale-based custom cable, wire harness and electromechanical assembler. The deal expands NAI's aerospace & defense and medical manufacturing capabilities and adds KSM's U.S. and Mexico production footprint to support the combined company's growth.
