Monroe Capital Corporation Merges into Horizon Technology Finance Corporation

Monroe Capital Corporation (MRCC) and Horizon Technology Finance Corporation (HRZN) entered into a definitive agreement for MRCC to merge with and into HRZN, with HRZN as the surviving public entity. Immediately prior to the merger, MRCC will sell substantially all of its investment assets to Monroe Capital Income Plus Corporation (MCIP), and the merger is structured as an NAV-for-NAV exchange of HRZN shares for MRCC shareholders.
