Mosaic Consulting Group Acquires Westward Consulting

Mosaic Consulting Group entered into an acquisition agreement to acquire Westward Consulting, a Kronos/Kronos workforce-management partner. The deal was expected to complete on June 30, 2021, and Mosaic subsequently completed the acquisition on June 30, 2021. The acquisition expands Mosaic’s services focused on UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) by adding Westward Consulting’s Kronos workforce-management expertise to Mosaic’s UKG implementation, support, and optimization offering.
