Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE) has acquired Daughtridge Sales Company, a Rocky Mount, North Carolina-based distributor of pressure and temperature instrumentation. The deal expands MCE's flow-control and instrumentation footprint in the mid-Atlantic and preserves Daughtridge's leadership under Lige Daughtridge; Anderson LeNeave & Co. served as exclusive financial advisor to Daughtridge.
