Motion & Control Enterprises (MCE), a portfolio company backed by Frontenac, acquired Ultimation Industries, LLC, a Roseville, Michigan-based manufacturer and integrator of conveyor and material handling systems. The deal expands MCE's engineered automation and material handling capabilities and significantly enhances its e-commerce distribution channel for customers across the U.S., Latin America and Europe.
