Mobile Communications America (MCA) announced it has acquired Radio Communications Systems, Inc. (RCS), a Motorola Solutions channel partner serving Kentucky and Indiana. The acquisition expands MCA’s Midwest footprint with two solution centers in Louisville, Kentucky and is aimed at strengthening local support for integrated voice, data, and security solutions.

Motorola Solutions Canada Networks Acquires Bell Canada Land Mobile Radio Networks Services Business for CAD 675M

Motorola Solutions Canada Networks Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Bell Mobility’s land mobile radio (LMR) networks services business from Bell Canada and BCE Inc. for CAD 675 million, subject to customary adjustments and a deferred net working capital settlement. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, pending regulatory and third-party approvals and other customary closing conditions.
