MTIP, in partnership with Peakstone, has acquired a majority stake in Dossier Solutions AS; Spring Capital has completed the sale of its ownership stake. Dossier Solutions, headquartered in Oslo, Norway, is a cloud-based healthcare competency management software provider with customers including Ascension, Tenet Health, Piedmont and UCLA Health; the investment is intended to accelerate Dossier's international growth, particularly in the U.S., and support further product and technology development.
