Palm Primary Care, a portfolio company of MBF Healthcare Partners II, has acquired MetHealth PA, a multi-physician primary care practice in Haltom City, Texas. The acquisition expands Palm’s footprint in the Dallas–Fort Worth area (bringing its DFW clinic count to six and total network to 44 locations) and will support facility expansion and continued care under Palm’s value-based primary care model.

Advanced Dermatology Acquires Palmetto Dermatology

Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery has acquired Palmetto Dermatology, the West Columbia, South Carolina practice of Dr. Jeffrey K. Smith. The practice becomes Advanced Dermatology's second location in South Carolina and joins its ~150-office national platform; Dr. Smith and his clinical team will remain on site. The deal is an add-on aimed at expanding Advanced Dermatology's regional footprint and clinical capabilities (including Mohs surgery).
