AHEAD has acquired Computer Design & Integration (CDI) from One Equity Partners, creating a combined digital platforms and IT services organization with more than $3.7 billion in gross revenue and over 2,500 employees globally. The deal strengthens AHEAD's Northeastern U.S. footprint, expands its India engineering presence, and broadens capabilities across data & AI platforms, platform engineering, ServiceNow, and managed services.
