Renovo Home Partners, a Dallas-based DTC home improvement platform backed by Audax Private Equity, has acquired NEWPRO Home Solutions of Woburn, Massachusetts. NEWPRO — a family-founded replacement-windows, siding, roofing and bath remodeling firm with more than 300 employees and ~ $80–100M in installed sales — will join Renovo's growing national platform to expand market share and product diversification.

Renovo Home Partners acquired Woodbridge Home Solutions, a regional direct-to-consumer home remodeling company based in Dallas, Texas. The deal is an add-on to Renovo’s platform — its fifth acquisition since late 2021 — and expands the platform’s presence in Texas and the South Central U.S., adding capabilities in energy-efficient windows and doors, siding, cabinet refacing and tub-to-shower conversions.

Boston-based Audax Private Equity has created Renovo Home Partners (based in Dallas) by combining three regional home-improvement firms — Dreamstyle Remodeling (Albuquerque), Alure Home Improvements (East Meadow, N.Y.) and Remodel USA (Capitol Heights, Md.). The transactions are part of Audax's buy-and-build strategy to scale a national DTC home repair and remodel platform; terms were not disclosed.
