Capital Constellation (advised by Wafra) and Investcorp Strategic Capital Group (ISCG) have taken passive, minority GP stakes in London-headquartered alternatives investment firm MML Capital to support the firm’s long-term growth and global distribution. The transaction leaves MML majority-owned and run by co-CEOs Bal Johal and Ian Wallis, and also facilitates the withdrawal of founder Rory Brooks CBE.
