Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has acquired GenX Medical, a U.S.-based supplier of micro-bore tubing, bioresorbable extrusions and custom medical extrusions. The add-on strengthens MMT's extrusion and specialty manufacturing capabilities, integrates GenX's team into MMT's technical leadership, and expands MMT's end-to-end medical device manufacturing offering.

Perimeter Solutions, Inc. completed the acquisition of Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC (MMT) from Arcline Investment Management for approximately $685 million in cash. The deal was financed with cash on hand and proceeds from a senior secured notes offering; MMT supplies engineered machinery and aftermarket consumables for minimally invasive medical device manufacturing, with roughly half of its revenue from aftermarket sales.
