R&D Engineering will continue to operate in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, and the acquisition strengthens MMT's end-to-end medical device manufacturing solutions; Cowen served as financial advisor to MMT.

Perimeter Solutions Acquires Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT) for $685M

Perimeter Solutions, Inc. completed the acquisition of Medical Manufacturing Technologies LLC (MMT) from Arcline Investment Management for approximately $685 million in cash. The deal was financed with cash on hand and proceeds from a senior secured notes offering; MMT supplies engineered machinery and aftermarket consumables for minimally invasive medical device manufacturing, with roughly half of its revenue from aftermarket sales.
