Mews, a hospitality technology platform, has acquired Hotello, a Montreal-headquartered cloud property management system (PMS) provider, to strengthen its presence in North America, particularly Canada. The deal—led by Mews Ventures—adds Hotello's customer base and integrations to Mews' Hospitality Cloud; terms were not disclosed.
