Rural Telecommunications of America Acquires Blue Ridge Fiber, LLC

Rural Telecommunications of America, Inc. (RTA) has completed the acquisition of Blue Ridge Fiber, LLC to expand RTA’s gigFAST NETWORK and accelerate its fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) rollout in the Midland–Odessa, Texas area, including the Greenwood neighborhoods. RTA will begin infrastructure enhancements immediately and bring gigabit fiber services to local residents and businesses.

FBR Solutions Acquires RTS Associates

FBR Solutions, a national telecommunications infrastructure services provider backed by FVLCRUM Funds, has acquired RTS Associates to broaden its telecommunications design, engineering, and turnkey deployment capabilities. The acquisition adds RTS’s more than 250 North American professionals and strengthens FBR’s ability to deliver end-to-end network solutions across the United States.

American Broadband Acquires Fiber Assets of BNT Broadband and WayneNet

Gateway Fiber announced a merger with E‑Rate provider WANRack and consumer broadband provider KWIKOM, consolidating the three businesses to operate under the Gateway Fiber brand. WANRack's E‑Rate services will continue as “WANRack powered by Gateway Fiber” through the end of 2025 while the companies integrate to expand residential, business, enterprise, and education broadband offerings.
