Integrated Polymer Solutions (IPS), an Arcline portfolio company, has acquired Oldham Seals Group Limited, a UK-based designer and manufacturer of high-performance elastomeric and polymer sealing products used in naval and maritime defense platforms. The acquisition will provide Oldham with greater product development resources and scale while adding specialized elastomeric, hose and bellows capabilities to IPS's aerospace and defense-focused manufacturing platform.
