Integrated Polymer Solutions (IPS), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, acquired IRP Group, a Southern California manufacturer of precision elastomeric sealing components. The deal expands IPS's liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding capabilities and strengthens its position in the Class I/II medical device and aerospace & defense end markets; founder Rod Trujillo and President Casper Zublin will continue as senior advisors.
