Körber Supply Chain Software, a joint venture between Körber AG and KKR, has signed a binding agreement to acquire MercuryGate International, a SaaS-based transportation management system (TMS) provider headquartered in Cary, North Carolina. The deal—where Summit Partners, MercuryGate's 2018 investor, is selling its stake—expands Körber's supply chain execution capabilities by adding MercuryGate's multimodal optimization and execution technology to its portfolio.

The acquisition integrates JumpCrew's AdPost platform and dedicated sales teams with iQor's global CXBPO delivery and analytics, with Chris Crowley leading the combined organization and Robert Henderson remaining as JumpCrew's CEO reporting to Crowley.

Accel-KKR Acquires Springbrook Software from Accela

High Road Capital Partners Acquires John Henry Foster Minnesota

The deal closed May 24, 2019; JHFoster's president Jan Hawkins will continue to lead the company and joined the board, and management participated alongside High Road to support growth, geographic expansion and future add-on activity.

Thomson Reuters Acquires HighQ Solutions Limited

Thomson Reuters has acquired HighQ Solutions Limited, a London-based collaboration SaaS provider for the legal and regulated industries, from investment funds managed by Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital (other investors in HighQ included One Peak Partners and Goldman Sachs). The acquisition brings HighQ’s secure cloud collaboration, workflow automation and client engagement software — used by 400+ customers including more than half of the top 100 global law firms — into Thomson Reuters’ legal technology portfolio to expand its product capabilities for legal and regulated markets.

Hughes & Company Backs Merger of Curvo and BroadJump
