NuVasive Acquires SafePassage

NuVasive, Inc. acquired Safe Passage Management, LLC (SafePassage), a provider of intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) and EEG services across the eastern United States. The acquisition expands NuVasive Clinical Services' IONM capabilities and scale, adding SafePassage's ~12,600 annual IONM cases and clinical staff to NuVasive's network of neurophysiologists and oversight physicians.
