ServiceNow Acquires Passage AI

ServiceNow announced it has signed an agreement to acquire Passage AI, a Mountain View–based conversational AI platform, to accelerate native deep‑learning conversational capabilities and broaden multilingual support across the Now Platform. The deal (terms undisclosed) is expected to close by the end of Q1 2020 and will enhance ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Service Portal, Workspaces and other products.
