ServiceNow Acquires Moveworks for $2.85 Billion

ServiceNow agreed to acquire AI startup Moveworks in a $2.85 billion cash-and-stock transaction to accelerate its agentic AI and front‑office capabilities. The acquisition (terms undisclosed, reported to be in the hundreds of millions) will integrate HiredScore's responsible AI recruiting and internal mobility capabilities into Workday's talent management and Skills Cloud offerings to enhance recruiting, screening, and internal mobility for customers.

ServiceNow Acquires Passage AI
