The Lucas Group, through its subsidiary BAV, Inc., acquired Power Manufacturing, Inc., a maker of plastic parts and assembly components for the motorcoach, bus and transit markets based in Elkhart, Indiana. The acquisition brings Power Manufacturing into The Lucas Group's portfolio (its fourth company) and is intended to support further growth and operational improvements under new ownership.

Winnebago Industries Acquires Lithionics Battery

RAF Industries Acquires Ligchine Corporation from Blue Sage Capital and Hanover Partners

RAF Industries, a long‑term private investment firm based in Philadelphia, acquired Ligchine Corporation, a Darien, Wisconsin‑based designer and manufacturer of laser‑guided boom screeds, from private equity owners Blue Sage Capital and Hanover Partners. The transaction transfers control of the niche construction equipment manufacturer to RAF as the sellers exit their investment after supporting product and go‑to‑market expansion.

Alpine Power Systems Acquires Chicago Industrial Battery, Inc.

LCI Industries' Lippert Acquires Girard Systems and Girard Products LLC

The acquisition expands Lippert's product portfolio in shade and appliance offerings for OEM and aftermarket customers and aims to drive new content growth across RV classes.

Lippert (LCI Industries) Acquires RVibrake

LCI Industries, through its wholly owned subsidiary Lippert Components (CURT), acquired RVibrake, a maker of patented flat-tow braking systems, with the deal closing on March 6, 2025. Lippert obtained RVibrake’s intellectual property (including the RVibrake 3 and RVibrake Shadow) to expand CURT’s flat-towing and safety product portfolio and accelerate new product launches.
