Qlik has acquired Mozaic Data, an AI-driven data management technology provider, to accelerate its data-product-oriented capabilities across data quality, governance and a SaaS-based Data Product Catalog. Mozaic founder Sharad Kumar will join Qlik as Regional Head of Data Integration and Quality to help integrate Mozaic’s technology into Qlik’s data integration and analytics portfolio and cloud platform integrations.

Tofane Global Acquires Simfony (added to iBASIS IoT portfolio)

Tofane Global has acquired Simfony, an IoT Platform-as-a-Service provider and MVNE, and the business will be integrated into iBASIS' global IoT portfolio. The deal adds Simfony's eSIM/eUICC-enabled connectivity management, MVNE stack and a Romania development centre to iBASIS' capabilities and strengthens its operations in the Netherlands.

Cognizant Acquires Mobica
