ConnectWise has acquired Service Leadership, Inc., the data-driven benchmarking and consulting firm for technology solution providers (TSPs). The deal will integrate Service Leadership's S-L Index and SLIQ operational maturity tools into the ConnectWise platform to deliver benchmarking, analytics and best-practice guidance to TSP customers; Service Leadership CEO Paul Dippell and his team will join ConnectWise and continue to operate the business.
