Thoma Bravo Acquires ConnectWise

Thoma Bravo, a leading private equity firm, has agreed to acquire ConnectWise, the Tampa-based provider of a SaaS business management platform for managed service providers (MSPs). The deal (expected to close Feb. 28, 2019) will see founder Arnie Bellini transition to an advisory role while current president and COO Jason Magee becomes CEO; terms were not disclosed and financing was provided by Owl Rock Capital.
