Blue Point Capital Partners acquired VRC Holdings Inc., a Milwaukee-based manufacturer of custom molded rubber, plastic and sealing components, as its fifth Blue Point IV platform investment. The partnership with VRC management is intended to provide capital and operational support to expand technical capabilities, strengthen commercial presence, and pursue add-on acquisition opportunities in the fragmented elastomeric and plastics components market.

Arcane Plastics, backed by Arcane Capital Partners and an investment from Bluehenge Capital Partners, has acquired Prairie Grove-based Poly-Tech Plastic Molding, a custom injection-molding and extrusion company. The deal expands Arcane's production capacity (adding a 65,000-square-foot facility), broadens its customer base across multiple end markets, and supports a platform strategy to consolidate plastics manufacturing capabilities in North America.

Mill Point Capital formed Voltaris Power LLC by acquiring Pioneer Custom Electrical Products (from Pioneer Power Solutions) and Jefferson Electric (from ERMCO) through corporate carve-outs.
