Milwaukee-based Data Holdings acquired Stack41, a Data Center as a Service (DCaaS) provider operating in Milwaukee and Minneapolis, to expand its outsourced data center and hosting capabilities. The deal brings Stack41's hosting, backup, IoT sensor, network and software expertise into Data Holdings’ operations and will expand its services portfolio and team presence in both markets.

The deal expands Network Coverage's managed IT, cybersecurity and cloud capabilities and brings Think|Stack's client base (200+ clients, including 160+ credit unions) into the combined business; Network Coverage Chief Strategy Officer Brian David was promoted to Co-CEO alongside Think|Stack CEO Chris Sachse.

The seller/previous owner Jim Lenahan (via Keystone Holdings) will remain a stockholder and Stack's management and staff will stay in place as Blackwell aims to grow the business and expand its reach and services.
