WATCHTOWER Acquires F-1 Firearms

WATCHTOWER, a veteran-owned firearms manufacturer led by CEO Jason Colosky and headquartered in Spring, Texas, announced its launch and the acquisition of F-1 Firearms as the foundation of the new company. The deal brings together F-1's consumer-market expertise with WATCHTOWER's plans to expand into domestic and international military and law-enforcement markets while continuing to serve sporting, hunting and self-defense customers.
