Cleveland‑based Schill is a commercial landscaping provider with more than 30 branches across the Midwest and Mid‑Atlantic; TruArc plans to accelerate organic growth, pursue add‑on acquisitions and expand the company's geographic footprint while founder Jerry Schill remains CEO.

Main Capital Partners Acquires TrustArc from Bregal Sagemount

Main Capital Partners, a private equity firm based in The Hague, has acquired TrustArc, a Walnut Creek, California–based privacy compliance and data protection software provider, from Bregal Sagemount. Financial terms were not disclosed; TrustArc (founded 1997) serves over 1,200 customers, employs more than 300 people, and Main Capital said it will accelerate product innovation and expand TrustArc's presence in Europe and India.
