Belgian investment firm Capital A has taken a majority stake in ESC, a Ghent-based specialist in Microsoft business software and modern workplace solutions. The investment will provide ESC with additional capital and strategic support to scale its technology and consultancy offerings, accelerate product development and pursue partnerships and further acquisitions while working alongside the Smet family and management.
