EMK Capital has acquired a majority stake in Outright Games Limited from Rockpool Investments, marking Rockpool’s exit after delivering a 12.7x return to equity investors. Outright Games, a family-focused video game publisher with offices in London, Los Angeles and Madrid and a catalogue of licensed titles, will continue to be led by founder Terry Malham under EMK’s ownership as it pursues further growth and capability expansion.
