OEConnection (OEC) has acquired Assured Performance (Assured Performance Network), a California-based provider of OEM collision-repair certification, training and repair-documentation tools. Founder Scott Biggs confirmed the sale and will retire; the acquisition expands OEC’s OEM certification capabilities and complements its recent addition of VeriFacts Automotive as OEC continues to broaden its product mix under Genstar Capital’s ownership.
